How this website uses personal data from the contact form and from optional visit statistics.

Contact form
When you send the contact form, I receive your name, email address, institution, role, what you are interested in, and your message. I use them to reply and to follow up on workshops, talks or advisory work. An email sent directly to the address above is handled in the same way.
The legal basis is taking steps before a possible agreement, and a legitimate interest in answering the enquiry. Web3Forms receives the form in order to deliver it by email. The message is kept for as long as the conversation needs, and then deleted.
Statistics
Statistics are optional. If you choose Accept, Vercel Inc. receives the page address, referring page, approximate location, browser, device and operating system, so I can see which pages are visited. A session marker lasts 24 hours. Aggregated figures remain until they are deleted.
The legal basis is your consent. Change it at any time with in the footer. The new choice applies to page views after that.
Vercel Inc. is based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Vercel’s data processing terms.

Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel. Connection data, including an IP address, is processed for a short time to deliver and protect the page you asked for.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data held about you, and for correction or deletion. You can ask for restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent for statistics. A withdrawn consent applies from that point on. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, dt@datatilsynet.dk.
